Air floating non-contact conveying platform

It could been used as air floating non-contact conveying platform ,the pore diameter could be from 0.2μm to 30μm, including 0.2、0.8、2、5、10、20、30μm.The flatness could be from 0.01mm to 0.05mm depend on dimension. The biggest dimension for one piece is 600*520mm ,with assembled one could be above 2m*2m . The porosity could be 35%-40%,we could make all kinds of shapes with color white ,black or khaki according to customers’ requirement. Material for the base could be :Ceramics ,Granite, Stainless steel, Aluminium alloy and Titanium alloy. Heating and temperature control could been designed inside with the highest temperature 200℃ to meet  heating requirement during production process.
